    brioche buns: 2 unit, dill pickle: 1 unit, red wine vinegar: 2 tbsp, shredded red cabbage: 2 c, sour cream: 2 tbsp, bold & savory steak spice: 1 tbsp, mayonnaise: 2 tbsp, hot sauce: 1 unit, bbq pulled chicken: 12 oz, sugar: 1 tsp

    Wash and dry produce. Thinly slice dill pickle into rounds. Halve brioche buns.

    In a large bowl , combine red wine vinegar and sugar. Add shredded red cabbage and toss to coat. Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Set aside.

    Place bbq pulled chicken in a separate large microwave-safe bowl . Toss with bold & savory steak spice. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Microwave until warmed through ⏱️ 2 minutes . If desired, toast buns until golden brown.

    Spread buns with mayonnaise, then fill with pickle, bbq chicken, and slaw. Drizzle with hot sauce to taste.
